even if the UPA scrapes through.. what difference would it make.. .a few days later.. they might lose MPs n the nos too... its not as if the no of MPs doesn't matter after the 22nd..

but by then the nuclear deal, the pension reforms, the banking reforms will be through fool. That is a big thing.
