Issue of whip to party members to vote against their conscience should be declared illegal by the judiciary. How can one stop a representative of people to exercise vote for the good of their own Country?

then communists are better than BJP. they were demanding this for a long time. BJP does not have its own intelligence and they are not consistent in the stand. ram jenmabhoomi, lk advani's somersaults, modi's somersaults all prove that bjp is good for nothing
