when some MP belong to BJP caught on camera(trapped) for taking money to ask questions in parliament are suspended, then how come MPs who are in jail for being convicted for murder, links with ISI, rape blah blah are allowed to vote and still they are MPs ? This Somnath Chaterjee will go into the history as the most biased speaker.

Suspention is different. A suspended MP is not allowed to take part in the parliamentry proceedings, but they have a right to vote for or against a motion in the parliament. All the MPs who are currently under suspention, is going to come back. All those are in the jail or out in bail, because a person remains a MP till the re election in his constituency. So all of them technically can take part in voting, now making arrangements to get them out to vote, that is correct or not is a seperate issue.
