Mr. Jagjivan Ram was also a dalit. But he had vision. Ms. Mayawati will have only one agenda. To convert all the available prime space in and around Delhi into a necropolis and install statues of dalit, I repeat only dalit, icons in that necropolis. She apparently believes that the dalits do not need roti, kapda and makaan; they only need monuments of dalit greatmen and a great woman - herself.
