Break up Uttar Pradesh. It is only a boiling cauldron of slime. There are too many groups in there who cannot get along. Uttar Pradesh was always an artificial state, and overly large. Breaking it up into pieces will give it more stability, and reduce all the unproductive political horsetrading. People want change. Give them change - break UP. No one will disagree with me, because no one is loyal to that fake province called UP. People there are only loyal to whoever pays them the most money. Drain the cesspool. Break UP.
