They are dumbs!All they have done in their life is the netagiri and finding solutions for better ways of corruption!One MP in some state assemble who was in opposition and was supposed to make noise but didnot know anything about the agricultral irrigation system being discussed in the house.He rose from his seat and said..I oppose to this plan of making hydroelectricity because if you will take current out of the water..water will be left with nothing and how these waters can be used for irrigation!
