Centre hints at taking steps to counter Hyde Act

At least centre has accepted now that there are some passages in the deal which may go against the intesrest of the nation.

there is nothing in 123 Deal which goes aginst the intrest of INDIA
Argument is about Hyde act, which is USA domestic law. How far that will be binding on USA government is the issue. In any bileteral agreement what is binding is the agreement between two parties not any domestic law of any of country.
If there is any such law which put any restriction and binding than it should be clearly stipulated in the biletral agreement otherwsie it will not effect the agreement
