i wud like to bring to the notice a fault in the news article. the closing lines say tht a whip can be violated by one third of the members of a legislature party...it is not so....kindly edit the article in order to maintain its purity and prevent it from giving out wrong information...kindly refer to the 2004 amendement act of the constitution which deletes para 3 of schedule ten of the constitution of india....plz rediff guyz do the needful at the earliest
