The Monsoon have also failed in Kerala, the left ruled communist state. Power Cuts/Load shedding, Low voltage, Interruption, all these are common affair in this state. The CPM objects the Civilian Nuke-Power Deal ?? and going to vote against in parliament. Look the double play !!!
