NDA will not form a govt coz they CANNOT. U dont have the numbers!

You should be laughing at yourself as you do not seem to understand even the basics of politics. Could anyone imagine that SP and Congress will come together?

Man, think with common sense. Anyhow, even UPA wins, general elections will be there in the next 4-6 months. Then, why shall any parties form a govt for these months and not go for fresh polls?
