Nuclear Deal was not in CMP. CMP is like getting at least 35% (pass) marks. Nothing prevents the govt. from getting 80% or 90%. It is not common maximum program. Stupid on the part of BJP, which was expected to behave better than the Chinese agents, to make such statements.

I agree. I do not know why BJP and left talk about CMP which was discussed 4 yrs back. and right its minimum program not maximum..
