Nuclear Deal
by Moni Kumar on Jul 17, 2008 03:40 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Already majority Indians of rural area do not have electricity. If the entire India needs to be provided with electricity and the power is to be shared to every one, even now no citizen can enjoy 1/10th of the power they enjoy right now. Every day demand of energy is increasing for various sector such as domestic and corporates. If the parties does not want a deal like this, do they want to see a dark India very soon. Every one should give up all unnecessary assumptions and support the deal to get through. This opportinity should not be lost at any cost. There is nothing against interest of the country through out the Treaty. More over there is a clause for termination by either party any time. Even after termination there would be regular supply of fuel for the reactors it says. More over now we live in globalisation. We have to live with it. We should not have any such foolish reservation of opposing these kinds of opportunities quoting this and that unnecessaily. Mere reciting patriotism will not help rural poor who undergo multilateral sufferings in their lives. Do something innovatively like this and try to help people.
