president shud dissolve the parliament this will help to stop horse trading.

Supreme court is busy on granting bail to MPs who are in jail now.

balu, u seem to be a congress chamcha.

president has no power to disoolve parliament now.
only a prime minister who has majority can decide to dissolve parliament.

first step is that President should ask the govt to get trust vote.
if govt loses trust vote, president is supposed to call opposition to form goverment.
if opposition refuses, it means there is no prime minister who has majority. then only president can dissolve parliament.

please understand basics before shouting nonsense.
