Murder of democracy.

The same Soren took crores to save the same Congress govt during PVN time. He killed his secretary who asked share in that money. He found guilty in this case and congress is forced to omit him from the cabinet. Now the same soren is required for congress to save the govt. Is it democracy? What is our ethics? What is moral? He (SORAN) is living as if god is in his pocket. How can any body do the same thing again and again and nothing is happened to him
