I don't think just drinking had made him this dis-oriented. He might be on some high doses of Ganjaa and Pulonium 210 mixture.

yeah having a vision and thinking good for the poor of the country is being drunk with poor, isn't it? i pity so-called literates like u who can't do any good for the country themselves and don't allow others to do any good too. india's biggest enemies are corrupt people like u inside india itself.
