is the subject to be decided by govt. with the help of techno and burocrates. the politicians should not be involved as 95%of them are un educated.we have to presume all are patriots.because of poiticians interest this matter has unnecesarily been draged in public who should not be involved as they have already selected a patriot govt.

Soochna ke adhikaar ka prayog karen aur jis area se jo politician khada hai uska full bio data maag karna chahiye is se un educated aur roudy person jeet nahi payenge.
