You may not need any certificate, but we need this statement from those who born in India and not come from outside and settled in India. The value of the patriotism can be well understood only by those who born in that country.

yeah the same who are killing, corrupt, casteist, communalists....they are true patriots....but one who has been married to an Indian, conformed to indian culture & values, lost her spouse to India's enemies, gave up a supreme power position....is a FOREIGNER!!!

Ronald You first read the defination of Indian. as per our constitution a person born in India before before 1947 or his parents were born in india before 1947 is called indian. You italian mafia.
