The position of the speaker is above all and we must keep our democratic value above all. We believe that people like Mr. Somnath Chaterjee keep those values.

The speaker is a political position. In the US it would be ridiculous to assume Nancy Pelosi (House Speaker) or Dick Cheney (Senate President) are apolitical.
