Communal means the people whi are talking about hindus and those who try to catch the muslim criminals like dawood etc.
This has been created by the people like pranoy roy, rajdeep sardesai, aaj tak etc. Probably few knows that sitaram yechuri, prakash karat , pranoy roy are friends for long, hence they cook up the spicy story to fool so called soft people.
