Well I am back after a thought. The answer lies in alternate fuel. We should focus on getting alternate enrgy from WindMill energy (South India on both the coastal areas), Solar Panels (Entire Village areas to small consumption areas), HydroElectricity (Central and North India) India should have a proper new high efficient grid where we should be able to switch from any of the grids power source across India.
Finally we should start our own nuclear fuel making technology. We don't need to buy reactor but just the fuel rods so that we can churn out electricity from own made reactor.
