Do the supporters of the deal really believe that once petroleum supply is scarce, we will start running veichles on nuclear energy? Or in case of decrease in supply of LPG, we will cook with nuclear energy?
What are we exactly shouting for? How is nuclear energy going to be a replacement for petroleum products?

They are probably talking about the 67,877 generators in New Delhi that run on diesel.... :)

Kess .. nuclear energy can only replace the fossil fuel we needed for power generation ..here are some facts to chew on i look'em up in the CIA FACT BOOK as of 2005
Electricity - production by source: fossil fuel: 81.7% hydro: 14.5% nuclear: 3.4% other: 0.3% (2001) i hope u get what am trying to say here from above chart .

well in this chart, as far as I understand, the "fossil fuel" is coal. Not petrol or diesel.
