Parliament mein Jokeron ki kami, so Sonia baby selected him on congress's behalf as his films were bombing at box office. He thought he would get a script to speak in Parliament, when he found that he has to write his own speeches, he stopped going to Parliament. He just goes whenever it is mandatory so that he be a MP and utilize the benefits of being an MP. He is not even fit to be a human being. dharam paaji used to have a good body .. not anymore .. now no brains and no body :)
but he could entertain the other members of parliament by acting out the suicide scene from sholay . ... khud jaaoonga mar jaaoonga .
