Recently we visited Tirumala for lord's darshan. We booked 2 rooms through Internet, but got only 1 room. We had sent demand draft for archana anantra darshanam, but didn't get the tickets ... On reaching there, we found, tickets for AAD being sold in black. Also, we couldn't get back the advance money we had paid for room reservation. On enquiring the office people, they made us roam around different office buildings. Finally, we gave up, coz we were running late.
This was not happening before. Earlier things used to be so nice. Now I feel the temple folks have started cheating people.

Dear Sir, You can always lodge your complaint / suggestion with the temple authorities. Before expressing your feeling that temple authorities have started cheating people we need to explore the reasons why you have faced these difficulties. Was there an overflow of devotees at the TTD that has led to the uncomfortable situation you were forced to be in. Further it is common man like you and me who attempt to sell tickets for AAD in black. The temple authorities will definitely not do this. Regards
