how can a law breaker (sentenced by a criminal court) can hold a place in parliament, which is a place to create laws for THE NATION. how does the courts look this, as gaurdians of constitution?? Does it have any moral responsibility to take it as PIL and give a ruling!

Just check how many of the opposition have similar crminal candidates. If the figures on both side match, then there will not be any problem in voting (Trust Vote) in either case if these criminals are allowed to vote or not allowed.

we r talking abt convicted criminals ...not the charged ones ...as our constitution (and judiciary) believes that a person is innocent till he/she is convicted

Jenny, they are elected by the people of India, as per the Indian law you can contest the election from the prison and all of them have won the election from the jail.....everything is possible in the great constitution of India.
