If Prakash Karat is allergic to fuel supply from Americans why can't he persuade his masters in Russia And China to supply fuel for our reactors to produce power for peaceful purpose.The reds objection to the deal is only for the sake of protesting

No...though Left are always biased to Communist Goals but this time they have some valid points to object.

Why dont the Congress showed them the draft when they both were one?

China has supplied fuel already for the defunct Tarapur plant, when the Americans refused. Russia has supplied fuel only 3 months ago.
Since 1968 everything nuclear came to India from the Soviet Union, Russia and a little from France, not from USA.
