MPs are selected , MPs select Parliament. Period. No other approval of anything is required. PM or the Govt does not have to approach all the 257 ethnic groups (@ last count) to decide on an issue ; be it nuclear or otherwise.. Seems in past we Indians have regressed back to middl century when all the clans has egos of an elephant and some even invited foreign rulers to kill their neighbours..
