Even by his own dismal standards, Mann has mad an illogical demand on Man (mohan). MM Singh is not the PM of the Sikhs, so he doesn't need to consult Sikhs specially. In any case, if it is any consolation, MM Singh didn't consult anyone outside the Bush administration's key officials. And there too, there were no consultations - only instructions.
