By the way do you think they have electricity now? They still live in dark, So when then come to city like Mumbai it's like paradise to them. By the way they will demand to be a part of "Arab world", everyone in Kerala will run to "Saudi Arabia"

No need to CUT... Power will be automatically drained from Kerala/WB. "Strike/Hartal Zindabad" will only exist there.
