Balance of power

Forget about all the benefits about the deal. If the deal is fully implemented:
1.India has to spend Millions to reorganize
the plants.
2.The Strategic programme will be pushed
back by 2 decades for lack of funds.
3.Possibility of Fast breeder technology being
sold-out by disappointed scientists.
4.No funds for new fast breeder reactors
because, once the foreign suppliers get
involved the perks are irresistable and
No politician or Beauraucrat would want
to think about it.
5. High production costs.
6. And spanking from G8 so called
friends each time they talk against their
"get one enemy country at a time"
plan for religious dominance.

And India can be contained forever by the Security Council even if they test a mini-nuke (bunker busters). China will always get the advantage being a member of it.
