Why are people taking these guys' word? They are scientists. What they know about geo-political warfare and long-trem militray srategy? No Army guy has spoken if you have noticed.

well my point ............... you put it in words .......... all the play is to curb millitary nuclear weapon programme ........ we have a threat of Nuclear attack from pak and china ................. In comparsion to Pak Missile and Nuclear weapon .......we have a cracker ...even agnni-III will be nuclear cpable by 2010 and operationalise by 2012-2015 ..... This is time to add new tested weapon in arsenal so that to deter Pak and China from Nuke bombing ............ not tie hands of India with IAEA and NSG

Mr ....We are releasing are tied hands (small uranium for military and civilian plants) by going to IAEA and NSG.
