Yes, Congress go ahead and operationalize the deal before the next elections and approve all the contracts to stock pile the nuclear fuel (atleast for a $trillion) otherwise swiss banks will not lend you any money for your next elections.

Do you remember who was the Defence Minister at that time. Mistake with BJP was they believed everyone to be their friends and they don't want Congress to do the same mistake.
