b'cos there is no need for it. It ties India in so many ways. Nuclear energy is not a viable option for India for so many reasons, cost, security, nonavailability of fuel, problems with nuclear waste disposal, cost of decommisioning of the plant, intrusive inspections, and most importantly MMS and Sonia have shown that INDIA IS FOR SALE.
