SAD SS (8 12) = 20 MPs
by South Indian on Jul 11, 2008 02:28 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Shiromani Akali Dal - 8 MPs. they said they in fact think this deal is quite good for India and congress did a splendid work. SAD declared the curren nuclear deal is very impotant for India and in our interests

Shiv Sena - 12 MPs . The party says the deal is good and essential for India and they would like to support it.

These 2 parties together having 20 MPs if stand by their heart, will propel the deal support above 300. But thretening by BJP has made these parties confess that even though they like the deal thy have to vote against it because of BJP.

Confidence vote is based on ruling and opposition parties, not on issues in question. If they favour one issue of Nuke deal, there are many other issues like Inflation, Petrol prices, etc. Who is bothered about conscience? They want to be in power or pull down others from power. That's it!

it is good chance for smaller party to get election cost of next year. Congress will bear 4 years earning to save the government and put rest of the year to cover up the loss.

Good Topic, now every Indian should think how BJP is playing a dirty game. SAD & Sena hates congress but they know that N-Deal is in Nation's interest, but BJP will not allow them to support. If BJP thinks about country they should support the deal and seek trust vote, and can be elected by huge margin. They are not sure that they win netx election, now its a chance when inflation is high voter can vote them. I was a BJP and shiv shena voter, now hate it BJP. In assembly election i will vote for Sena and in Lok Sabha for congress.

Dear Indian,

Learn first that you are a Indian not a South_Indian.

It clearly tells BJP also interested in the deal. No need to hurry for the deal if it is good for the nation. NDA will come to power and implement the same if it is good for the Nation.

Biggest Question - What is the BJP's stand?
have they not tried to sign something far worse than the present one. BJP atleast now behave better and support the govt, else people have to dump them again becuse rogue parties should be shown their place.
