Kapil Sibal -- completely diametrically opposite to Pranab and MMS!!

Suddenly a new voice from Congress instead of the routine media debriefings from Moily and co.; and message to the Indian Polity from Pranab and co.



Why Kapil Sibal NOW? Obviously to try and woo BJP.



Though why BJP will be listening more to Mr. Sibal than Mr. Manmohan? Anybody's guess.
