1 Hemraj invited Krishna & Co. to drink and to party. This means that they were doing it before also. Now it's strange that Talwar didn't know about this before May 16th, the date of which his daughter got killed.
2 How did they (Krishna & Co.) used to enter the house?? If by main door then, on the night of the murder also they must have been entered through the main door. This means that after murdering Arushi and Hemraj, they must have been escaped through main door??
3 And if that is so, then did the main door were locked from inside when Talwar family waked up the following moring?? Because it’s obvious that they can't leave through the Terrace because they had locked it up with the Hemaraj's body on terrace along with Arushis Bed mattress. CBI hasn't come up with any such statement regarding their escape route. Hope fully they will come up in the later days.
4 Now CBI has stated that the murder weapon was kukri and they flushed it down the toilet. If that is so then a question raises that a kukri which is big in size, how can that easily go down the toilet and CBI inspite of cleaning the drain didn't find it. Now they are saying that Krishna tried to mislead the CBI. If a person in Narco Test is revealing all the motive behind the murder he must have also said where and what they did with the weapon. How can CBI inspite of all this can say Krishna and Rajkumar tried to mislead even after revealing so much to them.

Regarding Krishna Mislead, CBI is saying Krishna is the person who made the story of honor killing and told that to noida police while interogated by noida police. And noida police made that statement of honor killing by father.

And Lastly Noida police said that Arushi on the night of her murder had SMSed to some number quiet a few number I guess for one hour. Did CBI verified the SMS record?? What conversation did she had???

Sweeto, I also has the same opinion. Everthing seems to be a cooked up story. Loyal servant may be saving his master with the support of CBI.There are lot of missing links and there is something fishy.

Main door gets locked automatically when closed,this is genrally the case withy many modern houses. Compunder Krishna was misleading the CBI all the while even under narco test. Khukri can not be flushed down the toilet , and everybody knows that. Rajkumars tea shirt had the blood stains of Aurishi. 14year old can be easily gagged by bodyly powerful looking compounder Krishan and gagging her mouth was not that difficult.
When she risisted rape attempt (it is very natural for a woman to resist ) they hit on her head very hard , so much that the skull bone caved in. There must have been more than one person in side the bedroom of Aurishi. So the rape attempt led to an altercation between them. Hitting on head was a terrible desparate attempt to slience and that was why it was so hard that the skull bone caved inside. she might have been dead with that hit or might gone unconscious. It seems they made sure by slitting her throat.

What about the post mortem report having discrepency. Why didn't the family resisted when post mortem reports were found doctered and has some discrepency??
Now dont tell me that CBI will come out tomorrow saying that Noida police had influenced the doctors to do so.
