One does feel sorry for Dr. Rajesh Talwar, whose character was maligned for no valid reason on TV by the then DGP Gurdarshan Singh. The DGP also wrongly framed charges against him for assumed wrong relationship with Ms. Durrani. Is there no legal luminary in India who can help Dr. Talwar file a lawsuit against the errant DGP and his police force for at least 10 crs. so that the police do not err again. It looks very obvious now that the Ghaziabad police did this foolhardy thing to come up with some thing, true or otherwise, before their internal deadline by higher authorities. I don't think they should be allowed to go scot free after ruining a straight forward person's career, reputation, and social standing.
