IAEA

What Pranab Da has to say as External affairs Minister of India?
Did he not know that the agreement was already with IAEA, when he said that India will go there only after the government seeks a vote of confidence in Lok Sabha?
Is he still there as External affairs Minister of India? Has he not resigned to, at least, save his monkey face?

If IAEA Borad is given a draft, which is already agreed by IAEA & India , than what is so great about it.

Let IAEA board be prepared to discuss draft as soon as Indian Leaders have faced No confidence move in Parliament.

Big thing is what are objections (if any ) in the draft.

Karat should not talk nonsense. It is not a question of when to circulate draft.

It is a question of what is wrong with draft.
