The main problems of the text of the Deal are (a) the list of facilities are not mentioned. (b) who would decide which should be included, India or USA? (c) Seperation of civilian and military facilities cannot be done even by USA as it means duplications of all facilities and double the manpower required. Can India afford that cost? (d) It is written clearly the Reprocessing plants will be subjected to further negotiations. This is the key to nuclear weapons and FBR
On the whole, it looks just like NPT, nothing less nothing more. Because it is too expensive for India to build up the military facilities and India will not be allowed to import any materials and equipments for the military facilities.
Who needs nuclear plants only to produce electricity? Electricity can be produced by 100 ways which are much cheaper than electricity to be produced by American plants. Remember ENRON.

You got it right. We do not know how good is the N-deal though it may look worthy for PM and Congress because nothing is transparent. Let all the Indian donkeys who believe that America is a true and honest friend who is striving hard to help India out understand after signing of the deal. But all those American breeds of India will not know it, the impact will be felt only by the poor common people of India. What happened to these supporters of Enron, why are they mum now. Why did the Congress oppose Enron at that time. They should have lapped it too since it was an American plan to help India. Majority of Indians are still mental slaves of European countries.

Mr. Varghese, you are those types .... stand, well ...sorry, bend in front of a provider (here, USA) and plead for alms, even beg. Not only for technology and equipments, but also for funds and finance. Your types mortgage own homes and family to be able to lick white skin, thats all. 200 years of English rule has inculcated that in most people of your caricature.
