Nuclear Deal issue should be taken into Supreme Court urgently. Because Congress Party in the name of National Security keeps all secret issues hidden and never took the approval in the Parliament House. Since the matter (N-deal) is not passed in the parliament, it can not be a law. Therefore somebody should file a petition in Supreme Court in urgently to challenge the legality of the deal which strictly hampering the national interest and sovereignty of the nation, Congress does not respect the mandate of people's opinion and also does not respect the Parliament. Let Congress Party give the details of the N-deal agreement to the Supreme court and legality of the deal in terms of national security and sovereignty be scrutinized in Supreme Court. Let somebody file the petition in the Supreme Court.

Every issue cannot go to the supreme court else let the cheif justice become the prime minister. The deal is recognizing India as the sixth nuclear weapon state without having to sign CTBT & NPT. It ensure fuel supply for our reactors and considering the alarming rate of global warming it is the energy for future. It facilitates technolgy transfer in all other areas and also doesn't put a stop on nuclear testing. A testing would simply mean restoration of the current status.
By being a nucler pariah what have we gained ? Nothing. Its a golden opportunity which we should grab with both hands.

Dear Amar In Amercia without approval of american congreess any deal is not legal. but in india these no any need to take approvals of parliament for any agreement. it is insult of poor people of india.

India is not congress party's personal property. if anything of national interest, then that should be transparent and indians have right to know what is good for the country, national security and sovereignty.

The Judges are all political appointees..maybee u are yet to know this nude fact..so by the time the matter is taken to Indian Judiciary the verdict can be got in say 25 years..so best of luck usamanta...heheheh such corrupt is the Indian Judiciary..even if u want to prove via Indian Judiciary the colour of ur own blood it will take 20 years...and mind u..even ur neighbour then can get an stay and further deny the truth by another 20 yrs..by then u will have no reason to know the verdict..good luck to u..
