Congress Party repeatedly declared (till now) the full text of the agreement can not be made public. Congress Party is hiding the fact and playing dangerous game on National security and sovereignty.

safeguards agreement is not good. We will not be able to use Uranium supplied to make nuke bombs.... This clause should be removed... We should get right to test anytime, anywhere and should be free to use fuel at our will....

Dude. We t make bombs using uranium supplied through the deal. The deal is as its title - Indo-US Civilian Nuclear Agreement. It is not meant to make bombs.
India has 22 reactors, out of which we selected 14 reactors to be part of this deal. This means what we do with the other 8 reactors is none of the business of either the US or the IAEA. So our bomb program continues unfettered. We get extra power generation from the 14 we put under the deal.
So where is the problem.
Where in the IAEA or the 123 Agreement does it indicate that we have foregone our rights to test. Please cite the relevant clause or clauses.
If you can't, I resume you haven't really read these documents and simply blabbering
