It was a pleasant sight to see Kevin Rudd (Australian PM) moving around MMS to get attention at the G8 meeting, even though he pretends to distance himself from India at home (Australia). What a wonderful era that I am living in! (I am studying in Aus, at the moment). Aus will come to India's way (they would rather grab the opportunity) in selling Uranium in the very near future, I'm very sure! hihi

yeah... all the more idiotic this whole N-deal gymnastics proves to be ... ain't it?
What with Andrew Robb pressurising Rudd to sell Uranium to India, I don't really see what all this posturing by Congress is achieiving... .except for gratifying Bush's ego.. :-)

My Clown. A very Good morning. I see that you in your chirping best.
Just a thought for the day. If you let your ideological prejudices murk up your thought processes, you can't help negativity.
Australia had been very adamant in their position. It was only because of Bush and the deal that Australia's previous Premier, John Howard agreed to sell uranium. Howard lost the elections and the Labor Party that formed the government, reverse the decision. The Labor Party is very hawkish on this issue.
If there is any turnaround in Australia foreign policy, we need to thank Bush and the Deal
