Congress said revealing IAEA text would amount to "nuclear terrorism" and now 24 hours later it is on the Ministry of External Affairs website!

The Congress doesn't even have proper replies to any of the questions being put forward in the media.
Ask to respond to BJP comment that 'it was a midnight deceit', Sibal explained that it was not midnight in Vienna (IAEA). - which was laughable.
