Amar Singh understood the agreement when there were some changes made by manmohan singh and sonia. The changes which will appear only in the indian version of the Agreement will read
Clause No.4.20 In the event of the this agreement be understood (or pretended to be understood) by the Samajwadi Party, the congress party with sonia as president of the party, and Prime Minister Man Mohan singh ji, will confer upon them as per their demand the ministries of their choice. It is also understood, that in the next elections they will be the preferred partners of the congress, and whoever says anything wrong about the Samajwadi party (including Rahul Gandhi ) will be asked to summarily keep quiet.

BUT CERTAINLY LESS THAN MAN MOHAN SINGH, WHO IS SUPER GREAT. AFTER LICKING THE LEFT'S FOOT FOR FOUR YEARS, FAILING TO CONTROL THE PRICES, FAILED TO CONTROL TERRORISM, SCRAPPING POTA ETC, MAAAN MOHAN HAS BECOME SUPER BRAVE WHILE IN JAPAN, WHICH IS GREAT THAN AMAR SINGJI.
