There is a game of deception being played by the Congress against the nation and within it's own party. It seems to be in a tearing hurry to go to the IAEA without taking the opposition and it's allies into confidence and also by maintaining secrecy over the document. This culture of "we know what's best and you needn't know" attitude pervades throughout the country among the state govt's too. That is why the RTI Act has become so popular and useful. Can this Act be invoked in this case?

Congress could have gone to opposition (read Left) and BJP but only if they will hear them with ear for nation's interest. Left is more concerned about China's interest and BJP just want power any any cost.

you cannot pre-decide what other ppl want. you have to give them chance. By not even showing the IAEA document properly (only the basics wree shown), and by rushing to the IAEA without the trust vote, are not a signs of a responsible govt. The left and the BJP are worthy supporters and opposition respectively. They cannot and should not be ignored on grounds as baseless as these.

You don't get it. YOU are in the tiny minority on this issue. Only really supporters of your position are the Communists and some hardline muslim parties. The govt is just pursuing the will of the people.
Also, what tearing hurry? The deal has been on the table for at least 4 years. We can discuss it for another 20 years like everything else? That's why nothing ever gets done in India, no electricity, running water, sewage, roads, public transportation. Only people like to talk about things, never actually do anything.
