Nuclear Deal issue should be taken into Supreme Court urgently. Because Congress Party in the name of National Security keeps all secret issues hidden and never took the approval in the Parliament House. Since the matter (N-deal) is not passed in the parliament, it can not be a law. Therefore somebody should file a petition in Supreme Court in urgently to challenge the legality of the deal which strictly hampering the national interest and sovereignty of the nation, Congress does not respect the mandate of people's opinion and also does not respect the Parliament. Let Congress Party give the details of the N-deal agreement to the Supreme court and legality of the deal in terms of national security and sovereignty be scrutinized in Supreme Court. Let somebody file the petition in the Supreme Court.

India is not Congress party's personal property. If N-deal is of National interest, then there cannot be anything secret which Indian MPs and people not allowed to see all terms and conditions. Therefore congress is threatening India's national security and sovereignty, not being transparent on N-deal.

First of all nuclear deal is an international agreement and therefore there is no need for Congress to get it passed in Parliament unless the deal is ratified by both countries. And i don't know how you thought Supreme Court can interfere in it? It is a legislative prerogative to enter into an international agreement. Courts cannot and should not interfere in it.

In USA nothing is legal unless that is passed in US-Congress and the deal went through the approval of US-Congress (first step). In India Congress Party should pass the deal in the parliament. They cannot hide (to parliament) if the N-deal of national interest.

let central govt circulate the copy of nuclear deal and its terms and conditions of contract to the public and let scientists,economists, political anaylists examine in details and give their opinion to the public before we accept or reject it.anyhow nuclear deal is the sugar coating for the bitter pill of inflation to make the peoples attention away from main issue of upa govt failure to handle core issues of terrorisim,price raise,non development ect during past 5 years of upa govt. people should not be carried over emotion talk of congress which has fooled public in past 60 years.
