SIMI is involved in this case...they were getting funds from Dr. Talwar, but later he stopped them giving funds so they killed all the people involved with the help of ISI.

No that day as per CBI report SIMI volunteers were sleeping with your mother,therefore they cannot be held responsible atleast in this case
