Which means you indirectly accept that there was a conversation or some scuffle before she was murdered....
If there was a minor commotion or scuffle or some conversation, how could the parents not hear nething, especialyu when the door of her room was wide open?? WIDE OPEN it was cos the blood stains are found on the OUTSIDE OF HER DOOR....
It means that the attackers showed the gall and temerity to murder her with an open door and with her parents a couple of paces away.....why would they be so illogical?? Wouldn't it be more safe(from their point of view) to close the door and then brutalize her???
Revenge angle : If revenge had to sought, why not exact brutal revenge on Talwar?? Why murder a poor innocent hapless girl like Aarushi?? As per Talwar's own admission, he was sound asleep....then the attackers could have slit his throat??

Great observations David. even i feel this is a story made up to protect someone really powerful though not necessarily Talwar, maybe a third person who could be a real estate agent or some head of a drug mafia or illegal organ trade, as you might be knowing..Noida is a the hub of drug trade and illegal organ trade, something fishy surely out there..

When Dr.Talwar was being led away by the cops, soon after his arrest, he shouted that he was being framed by Dinesh Varma.Till date there is no news of who this Dinesh Varma is.I suspect he is a mafia don or some powerful criminal, exercising his influence. That is why his details are not coming out.Is there no justice for hapless people in India today?How very cruel that the parents of the murdered child are being harrassed in such a wicked manner!

@David You issue is door open.....your sole reason for claiming this...blood stains on the outside...
FYI.... when you murder your hands could be stained with blood...and after that if you handle the door... (for any reason like opening and holding it to drag the body)....blood stains could get on the door (esp if the door opens inside towards the room or even in the other case)..
So much for you logic and imagination!
Revenge angle: Revenge angle: need not be exactly murdering the person, but murdering the easiest target that affects the person......
If this was all that lied as solid evidences your head think harder...maybe you get more things... but the strength of these evidences is still weaker than the confessions and the circumstances in which the confessions were made (two similar confessions under narco tests)

No finger prints were found in that blood...generally smeared blood looks different...this blood was the torrent that flew(when the jugular vein is cut, the torrent can fly several feet) when the throat was cut, that had been confirmed by the NOIDA police itself...don't underestimate the police findings..even they are paid to do a job!!
FYI, this door opened from the inside, so the door was wide open when she was murdered...

Aparna did you really see what were the stains like....and handling may not necessarily involve fingers....but a part of stained clothing thats rubbed against the door .... how are you so sure about the gush of blood that flew....any article you could refer to?
and yeah NOIDA police had been paid ..but they instantly came with a story the next day without thorough investigations and we all know that.
And even if the door opened from inside...you could get stains on the door while opening it..or holding it....
Possibilities could be many....but solid evidences are few...and all those point that talwar hasnt really killed his daughter...otherwise a month's long detention, thorough questioning...and series of tests are kind of good to find out things....still being hell bent on proving him guilty makes me feel that there is something curiously weird about human understanding.

Himani, ok may be your conclusion is right in some extent. i have still some queries. 1) per social worker , hemraj had complained her that his life is in danger before3-4 days of that fateful night. what is the connection in between krishna's revenge moto and hemraj's life in danger?
2) Why did hemraj call to some businessman's phone in dubai a day ago that fateful night? he was a servant and he would not have ifluenced such a big businessman.
3)if talwar couple wasnt able to hear the noise since they were asleep how dare servents to enter a teenager's room with a wrong intention which is hardly 4 feet away from talwar's room?ok poor teenager was asleep and her throat slit by two strong man.when rajkumar and krishna was entering to teenager's room why hemraj didn't shout? as per news, 18 pics of 24 were deleted how servent got the time to delete one by one upto 18. 4)As per news channel,terrace entering door was locked from inside . who locked the door? CBI also viewed whether anyone can come and go from talwar's terrace but it wasn't possible to come and go one bldg to other bldg's terrace. 5)khukri can not be flushed into toilet since toilet is inclined.even a small knife can not be flushed . 6)may be someone influced businesman thretened to rajkumar and krishna to use as pre defined word if they caught by cops and rajkumar and krishna's family would have got huge lumpsum money.may be businessman had some problem with talwar and they misused both serv

1) How do you ask a dead person what he wanted to say to a social worker or why did he dial a Dubai number. Based on these things you could make allegations to random people but if the aarushi's parents have come out clean in the investigations....why grill them over questions whose answers they might not be knowing.
2)Weird things happen, dead body of a woman with a height of more than 5 feet was burnt in a single tandoor (Naina Sahni case)....seemed weird initially but details of how it was done could be found out only after proper research by police....khukri might be a big thing to flush down...but there are other possibilities....you can possibly force down stuff through commode by applying thrust or pressure.....
Talwar couple didnt hear the noise..and CBI has well probed it...some people do not hear sounds when they are asleep.....a/c sound closed door ...hemraj wasnt being murdered in aarushi's room...maybe while he was being dragged upstairs...he was threatened for life to not make any noise...maybe he didnt know he would be killed on terrace while they were dragging him upstairs...they might be beating or threatening him to not speak or make a noise...and once they all reached terrace they killed him
I am again saying these are all mere possibilities and everything needs investigations....yet the searches done till now dont seem to be entorely rubbish...and no proof is against Talwars...lets stop slandering them if there is no proof against them Terrace being l

It is obvious that the girl was fast asleep when the assailant slit her throat.That is why there were no shouts which could have aroused the parents, who were sleeping in another room, which was obviously bolted from inside.Any person with common sense can understand these basic things.We do not seem to be having any tough,no-nonsense,intelligent officers in the CBI.Or is Dinesh Varma pulling strings and calling the shots?The latter is the more probable answer.

and now if you ask that if blood stains possibly smeared during opening the door, then why just on the outside pannels and not on the knobs...let me clear before hand..... metal knobs stains can be easily washed....not the stains on wooden pannels...ok.
