The Society has so changed that girl of 13 has to sleep alone in the high flying way of life parents give more importance to their physical needs rather than the safety of children

Just thinking of the values old Indian families had.When I was a little kid about 25 years back, I was sent to my Granny's place if my parents were out of station or something.AND my Granny used to sleep next to me.Not in another room.

Yeah, u r right. Why for 13 Year old, nowadays parents make their young ones (of not even 3 yrs of age) occupy a separate room and sleep alone. all an offshoot of "Vaastu" and ofcourse your reasoning.
