With the juarsic Left millstone gone from around the Congress' neck, they can get some serious reform through this window of 8 months. In fact, getting these reforms done is probably their only hope of coming back to power in Feb next year, and if they start doing some stuff on the supply-side, inflation could also ease. A good time to buy stocks too
Most importantly, Dr Manmohan Singh has so pissed off the commies that they will never ally with the Congress again, at least not for another 10 years. Which implies that the commies are completely sidelined in Indian politics. Hooooooooooooooooray!!!!!!!!! Way to go, Singh!!
