RE:IPI pipeline more important

philip mathew , I beleived that the Iran-Pakistan-India pipeline was always important ! What has changed to make it either more or less important. Or are you suggesting it as balancing act ? The only thing that India must reaffirn is that we will buy it only at the point it enters in to this country . Otherwise we may end up paying for gas that never reaches this country .
